“Sometimes you fall down because there is something down there that you are supposed to find.”

I’m sure we’ve all read quotes about failure and picking ourselves up again, but…

Picking oneself up can be hard…

We don’t always know how to pick ourselves up or what to do afterward…

I don’t know the source of this quote, but I love it because it is a message of hope…

It’s a message that tells me there is a very good reason for the fall…

And that there is a path back up…

It paints a picture in my mind that has me jumping up with joy and…

Shrieking with delight “Look what I found!!”

About 8 months ago, my business suffered a big blow…and I was knocked down in a big way…

When I fell, my immediate emotion-filled reaction was “maybe I should just pack it all in…

Maybe I just wasn’t meant for this business”…

But no hasty decisions were made…

I talked to a few people…bounced around some ideas and then decided that…

I would find a way to make lemonade out of lemons, and so…

The discovery I made while I was down led to…

Rebranding…

Improving the programs in my online school…

Re-designing my website (which I had been putting off for over a year)…

And more…

I feel good about all the changes I made.

If you’ve ever fallen down in the process of giving a talk, workshop, or retreat session…

Feeling that the session didn’t turn out at all the way you had hoped or planned…

Feeling that you didn’t want to experience that embarrassment again…

That you were just going to pack it all in…

The answer could easily be just a few tweaks here and there…

Maybe you need…

Solutions to a difficult situation you encountered so you know how to handle it next time…

Activities to engage your audience and get them participating…

Strategies to enhance your credibility and trustworthiness…

You’ll find all this and much more in…
